Glass artist David Barnes brings the brilliance, color and dimension of art glass together with the art of design to form an exciting visual experience full of visions, impressions and memories. David has created decorative stained glass for 30 years and fused art glass for over 25 years. He studied art at Syracuse University and at Drexel University and received class instruction in fused, kiln-formed glass locally and at The Studio, Corning Museum of Glass, from nationally and internationally-known glass artists including Roger Thomas, Rudy Gritsch, Chad Holliday, Brock Craig, Avery Anderson, Milon Townsend, and others. David teaches fused, kiln-formed glass classes at the Workhouse Arts Center Studio 708 in Lorton, Virginia.
